I've been over weight my whole life. I am tired of being fat. I'm 227 lbs. That is the biggest I have ever been. I have a boyfriend that loves me know matter what but I see him looking away sometimes at other girls like a size2. I wanna lose weight so I don't feel so bad. I am 24 years old and I feel so out of shape and run down. Can anyone tell me what you have done to lose weight? What plans were you on? What kinds of foods did you eat? How much did you excise? Com The only way to really loose weight is to eat right and exercise, but sometimes you think you're doing enough and it turns out you're wrong. This website is very good at helping you manage it all. . AND. . It's only a month. I have been consistently loosing 1-2lbs a month at a minimum, and it's staying off. Hard work is the only real way, don't succumb to a stupid fad diet. If you don't try MFD, try another management source like it, but MFD, in my opinion, is FANTASTIC. (and they'll let you try it free for a week. )
